Ownership Review

Under Clause 4 of the Hawke’s Bay Power Consumers’ Trust Deed, the Directors of Unison Networks Limited (Unison) are required to review and report on the ownership structure of the company within five years of making a decision on any previous review. This is the fourth review of the ownership of the shares of the Company, with the last review in 2007. The attached documents detail the formal review of the ownership structure by Price Waterhouse Coopers, and the Unison Directors report on the review.
