As one of New Zealand’s largest electricity distribution businesses, we’re a part of a wider structure that connects homes and businesses to electricity. For over 80 years we’ve been working closely with electricity generators Transpower, who operate the National Grid and electricity retailers to ensure that together we continue to reliably power the lives of New Zealanders. In addition, we provide other energy infrastructure services such as generation and back-up supply, and network management and contracting services (new connections, installations and maintenance).
